Kaju katli, also known as Kaju barfi, is an Indian dessert similar to a barfi. Kaju means cashew; Barfi is often, but not always, made by thickening milk with sugar and other ingredients.

Ingredients:
(Serves 4)
- 1 cup Cashew Nuts
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 2 tbsp Milk
- Cardamom Powder
- Edible Silver Foil

Method:
1. Grind cashew nuts and strain it in a bowl
2. Turn on the flame, and in a pan, add water, sugar
3. Let the sugar dissolve, and add cashew powder to it
4. Mix it and add ghee, milk to it
5. Now, keep mixing it on a low flame, till the mixture becomes thick and add cardamom powder to it
6. Mix it and turn off the flame
7. Now over a butter paper, add ghee and spread it
8. Once the mixture is cold, Add kaju katli mixture over the butter paper and roll it
9. Cut the flat kaju katli mixture with a knife or a pizza cutter and cover it with some edible silver foil
